A thirteen year old female with long honey brown hair ran through the streets of a town who's name she didn't know. She never noticed, never focused on it. Her cheeks with the slightest bit of baby fat left on them were red from running so hard, and she was gasping for air but still, she kept on running, ducking around waste basins, merchant stands, townsfolk, and other things. There were quite a few shopkeepers running after her at a fast pace, about five or six, and there were all seething with anger, looking as though they were going to kill her. And they had good reason to, for clutched close to her chest, was a warm golden brown loaf of stolen bread. She wasn't looking where she was going and bumped into a platinum golden blonde haired boy, her eyes traveling up to meet his Ice blue ones for just a split second and he saw that she had big amber eyes. Eyes that reminded him of a certain person....eyes that were almost the spitting image of his, only amber and not chocolate. That person was......Luka Macken. The girl didn't apologize. She didn't have time to. Instead, she turned away from him and ran into an alleyway where she was cornered by the shopkeepers. she grasped tightly onto the loaf of bread for dear life. she wouldn't let that bread go no matter what. She wouldn't let anyone take it from her. they'd have to kill her first. she trembled in fear, backing up against the wall. "P-Please!! W-Why! A-All I w-wanted was a l-loaf of bread!!" Tears stung her eyes, blurring her vision as they rolled down her frost bitten cheeks.
